Our in-house tool room is equipped to design and manufacture tooling, dies, and fixtures with high precision. With advanced equipment like 3D scanners and CMM machines, we perform reverse engineering to analyze product complexities and develop accurate tooling and prototypes.
Our forging line is capable of producing components ranging from 500 grams to 12 kilograms. We use a gas-heated induction furnace to achieve uniform heating before forging, ensuring strength, durability, and consistency across every part.
We maintain a fully equipped heat treatment facility to achieve desired mechanical properties, hardness levels, and metallurgical stability. Our controlled processes ensure that every forged part performs reliably under demanding conditions.
After forging and heat treatment, components go through advanced finishing processes including shot blasting, grinding, machining, and surface treatment. This ensures dimensional accuracy, smooth finishes, and readiness for final assembly or customer use.
Our dedicated Quality Standard Room is designed to maintain the highest standards of inspection and testing. Equipped with precision measuring instruments, gauges, and modern equipment, the facility ensures that every component is validated against international benchmarks before dispatch.
